This position requires a hands-on leader with strong stand-up forklift experience who can supervise warehouse personnel, maintain productivity, coordinate daily operations, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and forklift operationsSafely operate stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and store pallets of produceAssign daily tasks and monitor employee productivity to meet operational goalsOversee loading, unloading, staging, and organization of warehouse productsMaintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentationEnsure employees follow safety procedures and forklift operating guidelinesMonitor product handling to prevent damage and maintain quality standardsTrain and support warehouse employees while addressing workflow issuesCommunicate effectively with management and warehouse personnelMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentQualifications:Previous stand-up forklift operating experience requiredPrevious warehouse supervisory or leadership experience requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredExperience in produce distribution, food warehousing, or cold storage preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to supervise employees and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in refrigerated temperatures for extended periodsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailDependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independentlyPhysical Requirements:Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftWork in a refrigerated/cold storage warehouse environmentSafely operate stand-up forklifts and warehouse equipmentAbility to lift, push, and pull within required weight limitsMaintain safety and productivity standards at all timesCompany Hiring Requirements:E-VerifyDrug Test7-Year Background CheckBenefits:HealthDentalVision401KInterested candidates must submit their resumes for consideration.
