Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer in Wyoming, MI

CapaCloud is hiring a Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer to develop and secure the decentralized coordination layer for our GPU compute network based in Wyoming, Michigan. This full-time role offers remote work flexibility and a competitive salary of $5,000 per month. Key Responsibilities Design and develop secure, efficient smart contracts Build staking and node incentive systems to drive network participation Implement decentralized payment infrastructure for trustless transactions Integrate wallet and blockchain functionalities seamlessly Develop on-chain verification mechanisms to ensure data integrity Collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers on node coordination Conduct rigorous testing, auditing, and security reviews of smart contracts Optimize gas efficiency and enhance contract performance Build APIs and backend integrations supporting blockchain systems Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies and best practices Required Skills & Experience Proficient in Solidity, Rust, or equivalent smart contract development languages Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or other EVM-compatible blockchain ecosystems Strong understanding of cryptography and blockchain fundamentals Hands-on experience with Web3 frameworks and tooling Familiarity with wallet integrations and token systems Proven track record writing secure, tested smart contracts Solid backend engineering skills and collaborative development experience using Git Knowledge of blockchain security best practices and threat mitigation Preferred Qualifications Experience with decentralized infrastructure platforms Designing token incentive systems and economic models Smart contract auditing expertise Layer 2 solutions or cross-chain interoperability experience Background in DeFi or blockchain infrastructure protocols Contributions to open-source blockchain projects Join CapaCloud and be part of a pioneering team building the future of decentralized GPU compute networks.
