Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust blockchain-based solutions and products tailored to business needs. Build and maintain smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on the Ethereum platform, ensuring security and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to align system architecture with strategic goals. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript, Solidity, and Node.js to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote best practices and continuous improvement. Stay current with emerging blockchain trends, Web3 technologies, and industry standards to innovate solutions. Participate actively in agile project planning, sprint reviews, and deliverable tracking to ensure timely project completion. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 2-5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year specializing in blockchain technology. Proficiency in JavaScript, Solidity, and Node.js for smart contract and dApp development. Strong understanding of system design and blockchain architecture principles. Experience developing user-facing Web3 applications with a focus on usability and security. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within diverse teams. Preferred: Familiarity with Ethereum development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix. Knowledge of other blockchain platforms and consensus algorithms.
