About the role

Join a growing company and support the accounting team by keeping financial records accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and enter bills into the accounting system.
• Generate customer invoices and apply payments.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with month-end tasks and financial reporting.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience.
• Experience using an ERP or accounting system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• U.S. citizenship for ITAR/EAR compliance.

A plus: Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or distribution; 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support; or experience with Salesforce and/or Accounting Seed.
