Asclepius Wellness Pvt Ltd is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Boys and Girls Caregiver in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This full-time role involves providing daily care, supervision, and support to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to children, prioritizing their safety at all times.
• Assist children with daily routines including meal preparation, hygiene, and homework support.
• Design and implement engaging recreational and educational activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with children and their families regarding progress and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and any incidents.
• Encourage positive behavior and help resolve conflicts to build respectful relationships.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous childcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• 1-3 years of caregiving experience is advantageous.
