Asclepius Wellness Pvt Ltd is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Boys and Girls Caregiver in Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Join our team full-time and support children's safety, well-being, and development through daily care and engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to boys and girls, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Assist children with daily routines including meal preparation, hygiene, and homework support.
• Design and conduct educational and recreational activities tailored to children's interests and needs.
• Maintain clear communication with children and their families about progress and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a supportive environment.
• Keep accurate records of children's development and any incidents.
• Encourage positive behavior and help resolve conflicts respectfully.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
• Previous childcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• 1-3 years of caregiving experience is an advantage.
