Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer demands and business opportunities. - Identify and onboard new customers and business partners for garment accessories and other product segments. - Develop strategies to increase sales volume and expand market coverage. - Forecast potential sales opportunities and outperform management in achieving business targets. - Build and maintain relationships with buyers, manufacturers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. - Identify potential sourcing opportunities for raw materials and production inputs. - Explore and evaluate alternative suppliers and vendors to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability. - Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, networking events and business development activities when required. Who You Are / Ideal Profile - BBA and MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field. - 3+ years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing, Market Research, Brand Management with the manufacturing, garment accessories, plastics, trading, or related industries. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AI-powered tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. - A commercially driven and analytical professional with a passion for business growth. - Strong market research, customer acquisition and supplier management skills. - Ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into business results. - Good business acumen with a focus on sales forecasting and market expansion. - Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable working across multiple functions and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
