Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, IT, or related field; 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience; strong portfolio; proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch; understanding of design principles, typography, color theory; experience creating brand identities and style guides. Note: Graphic design experience is a plus but not mandatory.
