About the role
Bridal Consultant position with YWCA Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia at Bristol Bridal Station in Bristol, TN. This is a part-time role. Potential hours are Tue–Sat 10:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturdays required.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and assist them in finding suitable gowns and/or accessories while respecting personal boundaries.
- Follow outlined procedures for opening and closing the salon, maintaining inventory, answering phones, and making and documenting sales.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the inventory and information about the YWCA’s unique partnership with donor salons.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 2 years of retail and customer-service experience.
- Bridal sales experience preferred.
