Bristol, TN
• Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: Potential hours Tue–Sat 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. Saturdays require(d).
• Requirements: High school diploma and 2 years retail and customer-service experience. Bridal sales experience preferred.
• Key responsibilities include: Identify customer needs and assist them in finding suitable gown(s) and/or accessories, maintaining respect for personal boundaries.
• Follow outlined procedures for opening and closing the salon, maintaining inventory, answering phones, making and documenting sales, etc.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the inventory and information about the YWCA’s unique partnership with donor salons.
