Job description
About the role
This position performs technical and mechanical work to help ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects or problems and making repairs according to established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list of maintenance work, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining supplies and materials, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
