BUILDING ENGINEER
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in conducting preventive maintenance and supervising all in-house engineering works.
• Ability to implement appropriate facilities maintenance programs and measures with compliance with applicable standards, laws, and regulations.
• Results-oriented with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.
