Workflow Staffing Group is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for a full-time Building Maintenance position in Brooklyn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Basic repairs and maintenance
- Monitoring building conditions and reporting issues
- Assisting with property upkeep and cleanliness

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior building maintenance or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the United States
