Business Analyst

Tasks

• Build relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define business requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.
• Support solution validation, UAT, change management, and project delivery.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with business cases and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories
• Current-State and Future-State Process Analysis
• Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools
• Cybersecurity Concepts, Controls, and Frameworks
• Gap Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Process Improvement
• Stakeholder Management and Technical Documentation
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Preferred: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Preferred: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Preferred: Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Preferred: Cybersecurity and project management knowledge.
• Creating BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
• Analyzing and documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools.
