Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional documentation. Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and product owners. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support project delivery. Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in the Automotive domain. Hands-on experience with Licensing & Agreements processes and related business workflows. Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
