Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance (required)
• U.S. citizenship (required)
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting software development projects
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Ability to develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and other stakeholders
• Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications
• Preferred: Experience with Jira or ServiceNow
• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or software development environments
• Preferred: Knowledge of BABOK and business analysis best practices
