Business Analyst – Banking Payments/SWIFT

About the role

Support a leading bank’s IT division.

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.
• Work on banking projects related to Payments and SWIFT.
• Use SQL and VBA to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project delivery.
• Develop and maintain database designs based on business needs.
• Create process flow diagrams and documentation using Microsoft Visio.
• Analyze complex datasets and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working on banking projects.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Payments.
• SWIFT project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and database design.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Hybrid
• Contract – W2 / Full-Time

Pay

• $50–$65 per hour
