Job description
Tasks
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and User Stories.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change management.
- Define KPIs and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements documentation experience.
- Expertise in BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and process mapping.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and operational practices.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Preferred: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
