Business Analyst📍Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia - (Remote)
We are seeking a Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, helping improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.Process Improvement: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to optimize performance.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop reports to support business decisions.Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement business and technology solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement.Solid understanding of business operations and strategy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Knowledge of process mapping, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
