Job description
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fluent Italian – written and spoken (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
- Business Process Modeling and Workflow Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience in the Travel, Hospitality, or Cruise industry.
- Preferred: Experience working in international or multicultural business environments.
- Genuine LinkedIn profile only – no recently created or multiple LinkedIn profiles.
- Updated LinkedIn profile picture is mandatory.
- Complete educational details, including university name and year of completion, must be included in the resume.
- Visa copy is mandatory for GC and EAD candidates.
