Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely. Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as part of the assembly process.
