Business Data Analyst

8+ years of Business Analysis and Data Analysis experience. Strong experience conducting JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions and gathering business requirements. Experience with Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS). Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and joins. Experience analysing data quality and documenting business processes. Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Experience working throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems. Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension). Client: Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid).
