Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking. Qualify inbound and outbound leads effectively to convert prospects into actionable sales opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth. Conduct compelling product presentations , demos, and proposal discussions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Understand client requirements deeply and recommend customized IT and digital solutions that maximize client satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals. Follow up consistently with prospects to accelerate sales closures and meet monthly and quarterly targets. Research industry trends , competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to stay ahead and inform sales strategies. Maintain accurate CRM records with up-to-date sales data, pipeline status, and forecasts to support transparent reporting and decision-making. Share regular sales reports and performance metrics with management to track progress and optimize sales efforts. Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to continuously improve skills and team performance. What We're Looking For Required: 2–3 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, eLearning, or digital solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach. Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure independently. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and online prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working with SaaS products, LMS platforms, or IT service sales. Familiarity with Chennai’s local business ecosystem and client network.
