Business Development Manager

Tasks

• Drive new business development and hunt for new accounts and opportunities.
• Develop business opportunities around Java, SAP, Machine Learning, Cloud, IBM, and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the assigned region.
• Meet regularly with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service after consultant placement or software sales.
• Identify additional hiring and technology needs within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to coordinate sales activities.
• Report to the corresponding Regional VP of Sales.

Requirements

• Desire to succeed in a sales/business development environment.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and manage professional networks with prospects and clients.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, credible, and trustworthy.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting prospect outreach.
• Experience in software services, or technology sales is a plus.
