Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the US staffing space, including direct hire and MSP/VMS programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at US organizations.
Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Requirements:
1 – 5 years of business development experience in US staffing.
Proven expertise with MSP/VMS programs or Direct Clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
