About the role
TechInfo India has multiple opportunities for a DRI mechanical shift incharge engineer in the direct reduction iron (DRI) process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and safe operation of DRI plant facilities.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure safe operation.
- Coordinate with operation, maintenance and utility teams.
- Handle abnormal situations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and plant reliability.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in DRI plant operations or maintenance.
- BE or diploma in mechanical, engineering or chemical; mechanical is specified.
- Good knowledge of plant equipment, safety norms and standard operating procedures.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
