We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and maximize revenue potential. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market trends and business opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics and forecasts to provide insight into business performance. Lead negotiations and follow through on contract execution and client onboarding processes. In this role, you will actively participate in cross-departmental projects that enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiencies. You will engage with senior management and other key stakeholders to align business development initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring collaborative efforts drive growth and success. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a client base. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desired. Industry-standard certifications in business development or sales are a plus.
