Registered Nurse - UAE

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for reputed organizations in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patient responses. Provide compassionate care and education to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions in accordance with healthcare regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the department. Play an active role in training and mentoring nursing staff and nursing students. Required and preferred qualifications BSc in Nursing or equivalent qualification. Valid nursing license to practice in UAE.( DHA or MOH ) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in a clinical setting preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are a plus.
