About the role
SteelcoBelimed, established in 2024 from Steelco and Belimed, provides advanced cleaning and sterilization solutions. The Business Development Manager I is a senior sales position focused on increasing sales opportunities and revenue. The territory covers Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi, with overnight travel up to 75% within the US.

Responsibilities
- Identify new customers, present compelling solutions, and convert them into Belimed clients committed to growing their Belimed business.
- Prospect for new clients within the targeted segment to increase organizational revenue.
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of opportunities throughout the designated coverage area.
- Manage existing clients to support user satisfaction and strong reference accounts.
- Improve Belimed’s market position and achieve annual financial growth targets.
- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain knowledge of current market conditions.
- Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other leaders, and assist with defining long-term organizational strategic goals.
