Business Development Manager – HR Services
ITM Tanzania Ltd is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This on-site role will drive revenue growth and strengthen the company's position in the South African market by expanding its client portfolio, building partnerships, and developing relevant Human Resources solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across South Africa.
- Target promising sectors and industries that fit ITM's HR services.
- Create and execute business development strategies to grow market share and profitability.
- Forecast sales and assess monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
- Review financial and performance data to identify gaps, manage costs, and improve profitability.
- Generate and qualify leads, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Present ITM's Human Resources services and prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Grow existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
