Own people operations end to end while supporting culture, office operations, board processes, investor requests, and vendor and partner contract operations. Requirements include 3+ years of experience in business operations, people operations, corporate administration, or legal operations at a high-growth technology company; experience owning people-operations systems including HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and option grants; experience building and scaling operational systems independently; managing vendors, contractors, and related operational processes; strong contract fluency; organization and communication skills; handling confidential information; AI-native mindset; remote work experience; plus experience managing a physical office remotely, board operations, investor relations, or in fintech, crypto, stablecoins, or payments.
