Welth craft Era privet limited is hiring a dedicated and proactive Business Promotion and Team Management Co-Leader to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This full-time role is essential for driving business growth, fostering team collaboration, and enhancing client satisfaction within our medium-sized enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute effective business promotion strategies.
• Support, mentor, and motivate team members to boost performance and teamwork.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to improve communication and collaboration.
• Track project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Analyze metrics to evaluate the success of promotional campaigns.
• Serve as a liaison across departments to align business objectives.
• Resolve team conflicts and challenges to maintain a productive work environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certification in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Experience using project management tools and software.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a business environment preferred.

You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with department heads, including marketing, sales, and operations teams, to ensure cohesive business promotion efforts. Our team values collaboration and diversity, working together to achieve common goals.

Compensation: ₹5000 per week.
