Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement effective business promotion strategies. Support and mentor team members to boost performance and foster strong teamwork. Facilitate meetings and workshops to improve communication and collaboration across departments. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within established timelines. Develop and analyze metrics to measure the success of promotional initiatives. Serve as a liaison between departments to align efforts with overall business goals. Assist in resolving team conflicts and challenges to maintain a productive work environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Relevant certification in Business Management or a related field. Proven leadership skills with excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Experience using project management tools and software. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a business environment preferred. Our collaborative team comprises diverse professionals working together toward shared objectives. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with department heads, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to business promotions.
