Job description
Welth craft Era privet limited is hiring a full-time Business Promotion and Team Management Co-Leader in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This on-site leadership role supports business promotion, team performance, and client experience in a collaborative, medium-sized enterprise. You will report to the CEO and work closely with department heads and the marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior management to develop and implement business promotion strategies.
- Mentor team members, support performance improvement, and foster teamwork.
- Lead meetings and workshops that strengthen communication and cross-team collaboration.
- Track project progress and help ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
- Develop and analyze metrics to assess promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate across departments to align work with business goals.
- Help resolve team challenges and conflicts to maintain a productive environment.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certification in business management or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
