- Business Rules / Rules Engine development
- Decision Management / Decision Automation
- BPM, Workflow, or Case Management experience
- Experience with IBM ODM, Drools, Pega, FICO Blaze Advisor, Camunda, Appian, or similar platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into rule logic
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across business, technology, workflow, and decision-management teams
- Experience improving rule quality and reducing manual processes
