Business Systems Analyst

Tasks

• Support day-to-day administration of procurement platforms, including Coupa and Zip.
• Manage user access, permissions, onboarding, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot procurement workflows, including purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and catalog management.
• Support system testing, releases, documentation, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of procurement lifecycle or Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa (preferred), SAP Ariba, Ivalua, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business stakeholders and resolving operational issues.
• Nice to Have: Excel, data analysis, procurement helpdesk support, and banking/financial services experience.

Schedule

• Contract Duration - 12 months
• Hybrid – 1–3 days onsite/week
