Butcher

Experienced butcher with proven skills. Must be able to break down a carcass on the hook independently. Must be comfortable working with knives and handling all aspects of carcass breakdown. No training available — experience is required and you must be able to work independently. Must be able to speak and understand English. Slaughter experience would be beneficial but not required. Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment. 40+ hours a week. Wages are negotiable based on experience and skill.
