Key Responsibilities Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various cable systems with precision and safety. Conduct thorough site surveys to determine installation requirements and equipment needs. Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients to ensure timely, quality service delivery. Document all work performed accurately and report any issues or anomalies to management promptly. Maintain and care for tools and equipment to maximize operational efficiency. Stay informed on industry trends, safety protocols, and new technologies to improve service quality. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns professionally. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in cable installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of industry-standard safety practices and equipment usage. Relevant certifications in cable installation are highly desirable. Familiarity with telecommunications tools and technology. Minimum of 2 years of cable-related work experience preferred. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with skilled technicians and other departments to ensure efficient project execution and continuous improvement. Compensation: $7,000 per month as an Independent Contractor (1099). Location: On-site in Orlando, Florida. Remote work is not eligible for this position.
