Call Center Agent / Sales Closer – Lahore, Pakistan

Pakistan is hiring a full-time Call Center Agent / Sales Closer in Lahore. In this on-site role, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help grow sales while delivering a positive customer experience. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Close sales using persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
• Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
• Work with teammates to improve sales strategies and the customer experience.
• Attend training to strengthen sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Share customer insights and suggestions for improving sales processes with management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency are a plus.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle objections and remain composed in challenging situations.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
