Job description
Techling is hiring a full-time UI/UX Engineer in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Join a collaborative technology team creating innovative design solutions and digital products, and help improve user experiences across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences.
- Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, then apply insights to improve designs.
- Work with developers and product managers to turn business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Evaluate and refine existing designs using user feedback and industry best practices.
- Track design trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative solutions.
- Document design processes and workflows to support team consistency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of UI/UX experience and a portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks is a plus.
Team and Reporting
You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers and report to the Design Lead. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore; remote work is not offered.
