Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Achieve performance targets related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution times.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with call center software and basic computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
