Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, maintaining a high standard of service quality and professionalism. Strong verbal communication skills focused on customer interaction and empathy. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively. Excellent time management and patience, especially during challenging calls. Preferred: Previous experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in healthcare or call center environments. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
