Career Coach Officer

Tasks

• Promote academic programs through school visits & career orientations.
• Build & maintain relationships with administrators & guidance counselors.
• Assist students with admissions requirements & application procedures.
• Formulate territory recruitment plans to achieve enrollment targets.
• Represent the institution at educational expos & career fairs.
• Maintain accurate databases & submit performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Education, or related fields.
• Experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, & oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, & relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, & capable of independent field work.
• Competent in utilizing digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, MS Office).

Schedule

• Regular field travel and off-site/weekend recruitment events.
