Bi-lingual, have up-to-date care documentation or DPS Level 1, current Fingerprint card/clearance, CPR/First Aid, Negative TB results, dependable with a caring attitude, self-starter with good note-taking skills, good self-scheduler, able to use online programs (Google docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.), visits 4 hours each 1-2 times a week, private client visits vary between 4-12 hours per day 5-7 days a week. Locations include Avondale, Goodyear, Arcadia, Tucson, Pinal, Gila, Apache Counties, Buckeye, Phoenix area, and more.
