Job Description
Responsible for developing the renewable energy business (solar and storage) in the Caribbean region, leading market expansion, channel development, and the execution of key projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead sales in the Caribbean regionEstablish and manage channels (EPC, distributors, installers)Lead the development and execution of projects (C&I, utilities, government)Define commercial strategies and meet sales targetsManage and develop the sales team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields)Experience in renewable energy (solar/storage) + technical backgroundExperience in project development with implemented case studiesNetwork of contacts in the Caribbean (EPC, utilities, government)Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with team management skillsFluent Spanish and business English
