Carrier Sales Representative

We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. This role is focused on building strong carrier relationships, ensuring efficient freight execution, and supporting day-to-day transportation operations across the U.S. market.
You will play a key role in managing carrier communication, negotiating competitive rates, securing truck capacity, and ensuring shipments are delivered with high service quality and full visibility throughout the process.
What you will do:Develop and manage relationships with carriers across the United States.Book and coordinate freight loads efficiently and accurately.Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring service excellence.Manage and optimize truck capacity to support sales and operations.Use load boards and sourcing tools to secure coverage.Maintain accurate data in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Track and monitor shipments end-to-end.Support issue resolution and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to improve performance.
What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or related fields.2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or brokerage.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Sense of urgency and strong execution capability.Advanced English level.
