Key Responsibilities Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all sales are recorded properly. Assist customers at the stall, offering knowledgeable advice and recommendations on products and services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while restocking shelves and displays as necessary. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints with patience and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and provide exceptional service. Perform regular inventory checks and communicate needs to management. Participate in promotional activities and showcase special offers to engage customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately. Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
