Requirements
- 5–6 Years
- Google Cloud CX / GECX and Google CCAI
- Five9 and Genesys Cloud CX
- Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI Search, Google ADKA
- gentic AI, RAG, conversational AI, and IVA
- Python, Java, Node.js, REST APIs, and Apigee
- GCP, CI/CD, DevOps, and data integrations
- Hands-on experience with contact center AI development and CCaaS integrations is highly preferred.
