Job description
Seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) for urgent per diem shifts at long-term care (LTC) facilities. The listed job location is California City, California; shifts may also be available in California, Maine, Oregon, Oklahoma, and other states based on facility needs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and monitoring vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, licensure, and facility protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to support continuity of care.
- Communicate patient status and needs effectively with patients, families, and care team members.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- CNAs: high school diploma or equivalent and applicable CNA certification.
- LPNs and RNs: valid California licensure; additional state licensure may be required for shifts outside California.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong patient-care skills and current Basic Life Support (BLS) proficiency.
- Acute-care or similar clinical experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond calmly to emergencies.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage for RNs and LPNs.
