Salary Range: $250,000 - $320,000 + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Potential

Key Responsibilities of the CFO
Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning functions.Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team on business planning, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making.Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.Provide leadership for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance analysis.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing accounting and finance teams.Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, automation initiatives, and organizational efficiencies.Maintain strong internal controls, risk management practices, and corporate governance standards.Lead relationships with external auditors, banking partners, insurance regulators, and other key stakeholders.Evaluate strategic opportunities including acquisitions, investments, and business expansion initiatives.Present financial results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, ownership, and board-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Of The CFO
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA and/or MBA preferred.15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or Divisional Finance Leader.Insurance industry experience requiredProven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.Experience with strategic planning, financial leadership, and organizational growth initiatives.Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
