Change Management Analyst

Tasks

• Develop/execute hands-on change management deliverables for business, process, system transformation
• Create/maintain change artifacts: stakeholder/impact assessments, readiness materials, communications, presentations, training content, job aids, FAQs, user support materials
• Draft/review/quality-check communications & change materials for leadership, users, suppliers ensuring accuracy, consistency, plain language, program standards
• Develop/coordinate training & user-support materials for new/changed processes, systems, ways of working
• Support change impact assessment, readiness, transition planning, pilot/phased rollout, implementation, post-implementation adoption
• Coordinate/track change actions, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies per program priorities

Requirements

• Direct change facilitation experience (4 years)
• Developing change management deliverables: Change Strategy/Plans, Training Strategy/Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy/Plans (4 years each)
• Developing effective stakeholder communication materials (4 years)
• Training materials (documentation, CBT modules, videos) – 3 years
• Readiness programs, training, stakeholder engagement – 3 years
• Requirements gathering (interviews, workshops, surveys, process modelling) – 2 years
• Government of Alberta digital transformation initiatives – 3 years
