We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage project accounting, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure proper accounting for real estate projects, land purchases, construction expenses, and related transactions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST compliance specific to real estate projects.
- Handle TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings timely.
- Ensure all regulatory returns and compliance requirements are met promptly.
- Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities as needed.
Real Estate Project Accounting
- Monitor project-wise budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Track project expenditures and construction costs diligently.
- Prepare MIS reports for management on project performance.
- Manage accounting of customer advances, bookings, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Support land acquisition transactions, joint development agreements, and redevelopment projects.
Audit & Financial Controls
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Implement and monitor financial controls and accounting policies.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act provisions, and financial regulations.
Strategic Financial Guidance
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy and growth.
- Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
