Chartered Accountant (CA) – Real Estate | Pune, Maharashtra

Pushpganga Ventures is hiring a full-time Chartered Accountant (CA) in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Join a growing real estate development company working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will manage financial operations, statutory compliance, project accounting, and financial guidance that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting and financial management: Maintain accurate books and records; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements; account for real estate projects, land purchases, construction expenses, and related transactions; reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
• Taxation and statutory compliance: Manage GST compliance, including requirements for real estate projects, as well as TDS, income tax, professional tax, and other statutory filings. Submit regulatory returns on time and liaise with tax consultants and government authorities as needed.
• Real estate project accounting: Monitor project budgets, costs, expenditures, and profitability; prepare project performance MIS reports; account for customer advances, bookings, collections, and revenue recognition; support land acquisitions, joint development agreements, and redevelopment projects.
• Audits and financial controls: Coordinate internal and statutory audits, implement financial controls and accounting policies, and support compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act provisions, and financial regulations.
• Strategic financial support: Provide financial analysis and guidance to help management make informed business and project decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or financial management; real estate project accounting experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and accounting controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
