Chef De Partie

The Bank Tavern kitchen is sadly saying goodbye to our chef de partie Maddie as she moves on to explore a world beyond Bristol.

In your roll you will

- take direction from head and sous chefs
- work on various facets of cooking (whole animal butchery & preparation, baking, dessert preparation etc.)
- hone your culinary skills through preparing dishes that are all made in house
- work closely with senior chefs to develop ideas and dishes for the Sunday roast, weekday, tasting and various event menus
- increase knowledge of food through training courses
- uphold a standard of cleanliness and personal hygiene
