Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of high-quality software applications using full-stack technologies. Oversee the implementation of software architecture and engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives. Utilize DevOps practices to enhance the deployment and operation of cloud-based solutions. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in full-stack development (1+ years preferred). Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team development. Strong problem-solving and innovation skills, particularly in a startup environment. Experience with modern software tools and cloud technologies. Familiarity with industry-standard certifications in software development or project management is a plus.
